Firestarter is a rare tier elemental perk. Increases the amount of fire debuff stacks applied to the enemy
Unlocking
Firestarter is unlocked by default but will only spawn during a run, if you have any perks or mods with the tag: fire on them
Scaling
Firestarter scales linearly, gaining 25% fire debuff stack increase with each mod level
Tips & Combinations
- Almost a necessity on any fire build
- Works poorly with Hot Steam
