Text boxes are partially impossible to read

The wiki has a (mostly) dark theme, but it appears the text boxes were left out of the styling. For example, the content of this page, Common.css:

Note the invisible bracket symbols

Also note the upload screen.

And selecting everything reveals the hidden text.

So the background & text color of text boxes (and some other elements) need to be updated to not be white.
